27yo male: Triathlete post-concussion. Why is his tongue cold??

39yo Male: After He Cycled from Cairo to Capetown...

The first two months on the cycling tour when well. By the time he reached Namibia, he was queasy and barfy. The medic offered thorazine... which halted the nausea and vomiting... but impacted his liver. The client comes for a consult with her two month old baby. During and since her pregnancy, she's unreasonably jealous. She is certain that her husband is having affairs. And she has some post-epidural symptoms - a band sensation around the head, and hiccups that stay with her through every night... what rubrics can help us match her symptoms to a remedy?? 32yo Female: Pregnancy, Hernia, Surgery, Ouch + Constipation

During her pregnancy, she developed an umbilical hernia. After the delivery, she had a surgical repair. A few months later when she schedules the consult, she reports continual discomfort in the umbilical region and very stubborn constipation. 27 yo Female: Could Windsurfing Injury to Spleen Be the Etiology?

For 3 years, she has had abnormal pap smears. The first few years showed a low level of cervical dysplasia. But in the past 6 months, the pap smear report showed a more progressed pathology (LSIL) and defined visual lesions. What changed that might have contributed to this progression? No new sexual partner. No lifestyle change. Could it be that a windsurfing accident with a bruised spleen impaired her immune function? 64yo Male: Just Two Weird Symptoms with No Clear Etiology

He's been a healthy guy, and his chronic remedy, Dulcamara has helped him with everything for the past 15 years. Now he has vertigo and something funny happening with food. Two quite specific symptoms have come on in the past 4-6 weeks, with no apparent cause. Careful questioning has brought forward nothing else! How do we work with narrow cases like this? 58yo Female: She Says Having Mumps was Immunoprotective for Ovarian Cancer - Is that a thing?

At 38yo, she was diagnosed with cysts in both ovaries. Citing cancer risk, her doctor advised removal. She postponed having them removed, asserting that her risk of ovarian cancer was low due to her cancer-free family history, and her personal history of a strong case of mumps as a child. (Actually the research shows that is a thing!)  Over the next decade, cysts grew larger, and at 49yo she had both ovaries removed... and then hot flashes, acne rosaceae and feeling hyped all the time became her new status quo. This case demonstrates use of rubrics about the ovaries!

41yo Female: COVID Cough, Confusion and ”Oversensitive like Chamomilla”

After her weekend at a wedding with attendees from all around the world, this woman came home feeling ill. Her at home COVID test was positive. She began to feel the strong heat of a fever. As a study group member familiar with acute therapeutics, she chose Belladonna, which relieved the fever. She reports an exposure to two people who have postive COVID tests; she now has symptoms though home test is negative. She describes having a sore throat "in the hangy-down thing" at the back of her mouth, along with swollen glands. Where COVID meets Tubercular miasm, there seems to be double trouble. He had COVID, with full array of achey, fever, crummy and coughing. 42yo Male: COVID Injection Abscess (Many Good Remedies Given Already!)

A few days after his COVID vaccination, his upper arm began to hurt around the site of the injection. Redness and local swelling was followed by pustules. Now he is feverish, sweaty and restless. 57yo Female: Post Covid Chilly, Chillier, Chilliest (unless she gets up to walk around... hint... hint...)
