64yo Male: Just Two Weird Symptoms with No Clear Etiology

He's been a healthy guy, and his chronic remedy, Dulcamara has helped him with everything for the past 15 years. Now he has vertigo and something funny happening with food. Two quite specific symptoms have come on in the past 4-6 weeks, with no apparent cause. Careful questioning has brought forward nothing else! How do we work with narrow cases like this? This case demonstrate use of rubrics that can be challenging to locate for symptoms that can be hard to match into the language of the repertory.  (Be sure to take notes.)
